HP Recommended

My laptop's sound suddenly stopped working, and an icon pops up stating that "no audio device is installed." I tried to use many ways, strategies, and methods that I found on different online platforms to solve the problem, including downloading drivers, but without success. Can anyone please explain to me or help me with what I can do to solve this audio problem? My laptop model is an HP 255G7 Notebook pc
