Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-da0000 (903S8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since a cumulative windows-update my notebook doesn't recognise audio output devices (most of the times).

A reinstall of the audio driver after the Windows update did help at first, but later on the problem came back.
Bluetooth devices do get recognised, but speakers integrated in my 2 screens that are connected via HP ubs C hub G5 aren't show, as are the speakers from my notebook self.
