Hello HP support, my laptop volume is not working. I have tried updating/ deleting/ restarting the audio drivers, but to no avail. 

the id after i run diagnostics.

Windows audio service is not available, it cannot detect anything. No output/input devices found either. 

When i go to the playback, it says "no audio devices installed."

 

I have Nvidia high definition and realtek audio installed, and yet it says i dont have anything? im at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
