Hello, I recently reset the Windows operating system in my laptop using Settings>Update>Recovery>Reset this PC and used the option Remove Everything.  After doing the reset, I installed all windows updates.  After doing the reset, I now see a red circle with an x next to the speaker icon in the tool bar, and when I mouse over the speaker icon I see a message stating 'No Audio Output Device is Installed'.  I've run through the diagnostic tests from within the HP Support Assistant and get the same message, namely, that the laptop has no audio devices.  I've also run the HP driver check (found on HP website) and it indicates all drivers are up to date.  I've reached the point that I don't know what else to try.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks.
