Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently updated my windows 10, and after doing so, it appears all of my audio devices - input and output have been removed.
I've troubleshooted, to no avail.
After searching for drivers, I notice my Realtek audio is no longer under the sound device section, nor is it anywhere on my device manager.
I am anything but qualified to tackle this problem myself, and I therefore apologise if the solution is trivial, and therefore annoying to deem worth responding to.
Thanks in advance

@Caleb6877

Please download and install newer Realtek audio software:

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98141.exe

Hope this helps.

Regards.

So I've factory reset and that seems to have done nothing besides delete all of my files which is a bummer.

Am I to follow the "Install legacy device" UI or is it as simple as an exe installation file
