Hello, I'm having a trouble with my B&O sound, it may lose randomly during wake and almost every time after waking from sleep mode. Reinstall drivers, just disable and enable sound divice from device manager or "Fix audio issues" in HP assistant manager just temporary solution, it fixing issue till next sleep. Is there any permanent solution? It make me very to nervous do the audiofix actions every time..

Hey man, seems I just found solution for this issue. You have to uninstall both audio devices from device manager (Realtek Audio and Intel hight definition audio). Also need to check "Delete the driver software for this device"

After restart you have to download this

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112501-113000/sp112547.ex

and install. BTW if download too slow in browser try some download manager. Good luck!

I have the same issue . Even sometimes if I let the laptop sit for 5 minutes without going to sleep after pausing Spotify/Netflix etc and when I come back with screen still on and try to play sound again it does not work until I use the repair audio button in HP Assistant.
