No sound on ProBook 6560b - please help

ProBook 6560b
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

No sound at all on this 6560b, either through the speakers or the headphone jacks - and all the drivers/settings appear set up properly. Tried all kinds of reinstalls but no joy. Could anyone help me please? Running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit by the way.

No sound on ProBook 6560b - please help

The Microsoft Fixit is no longer there and can't be found - anyway, isn't that for Vista? Tried all the rest of the above. No luck.
