HP Envy Laptop Virtual agent kept saying no issues found and/or audio driver fixed...but no sound. Ran the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows: Audio Payback Test: FAILURE ID: RLQ2SK-8T8B0H-MFGGQK-21WB03 FAILED
While running the test online at website, I heard a sound for 2 seconds literally...then nothing!
Could not find the correct option on the HP website to submit error codes as the above test said to do: just keep being sent back through a loop to do everything I've already done---Keep being sent in a loop to do the same things over and over with no help: followed contact support with error codes...again sent on a loop to do the same things over and over: used every option to correct no sound!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry! We are in your corner.
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Furthermore, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to Audio failure. In order to fix this issue, the computer needs to be repaired.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
If you are having trouble navigating via the contact HP options, generally it is because either your product is Out of Warranty or you are trying to get support beyond the business hours and our business hours falls between 8 am to 6 pm EST. We also have an option to contact us via Facebook and Twitter in wake of exigency.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
