HP Probook 470 g4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The sounds was fine the other day and now I don't have any sound when trying to watch a video.

I have tried installing older drivers but that hasn't worked.  Tried rebooting many times but still have the same issue.  It seems to be an issue with the Conexant driver.  I have a feeling that the driver was updated during the last windows update.

I am not sure what else to try.

Hi:

Many newer HP notebooks lost the audio recently, due to a recent windows update.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if either of these links are of help to you.
