Product: HP Elitebook 850 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have run troubleshooter, as advised by HP Support, but still no sound and it comes up with ‘audio services not responding     not fixed’. Tried installing Realtek HD driver but it will not instal past the first line. I have noticed in Device manager for sound etc, Realtek, that under properties>events it shows ‘Device INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0285&SUBSYS_103C8724&REV_1000\4&285946d5&0&0001 requires further installation.’

Any help would be appreciated

Also try sp112201.exe for the sme problem. It didnt work for me but maybe itll help.
