Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP Victus GAming Laptop PC 16-e000.I don't know why I am not getting bass in my wired headphones.But when I use my bluetooth headphones I get the bass.I don't know if it is the problem of driver. Also my B&O audio control is not working it is showing the message "Cannot connect to RPC service".

I have the same problem here. I recently updated to the latest Realtek software. This made the sound coming out from devices connected via audio jack sound lacking on the low end. When I uninstall the drivers I don't have this problem but then my speakers' volume is low and seems to come only from the backside of the laptop and the sound sometimes shutters a bit.
