OMEN by HP Laptop 17-cb0011nv
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Today, I noticed the following malfunction:

ACTION 1: I opened the omen Audio Control (it is all ok)

ACTION 2: When i chose the option output (Left side, under of general and inpout options) suddenly i noticed in the task management (ctrl+shift+esc) that in the background processes the function, Controls the DTS audio processing.... was 15% and the fans started to sound lounder-the temperature was near to 70 C. This did not stop at all until the action 3

ACTION 3 :After i chose the function Controls the DTS audio processing....  and the option End Task in the task management (down on the right) , the fans stopped to sound

ACTION 4: after i opened again the omen audio control  and when i chose the option outpout i noticed that there wasn't anything between  the line of speakers and equalizer (in two words there was not anything of Bang and Olufsen experience as well as the function Controls the DTS audio processing... was not in the task management

When i restarted my laptop i noticed again the above when i chose the option output of omen audio control (action 2).

i have already done the above actions for many times and i can not find a solution
