Good afternoon. The following problem has arisen. Laptop Omen 16-b0008ca, Windows 11, no sound from the speakers. At the same time, when you connect headphones, the sound works through them. Audio diagnostics does not find any problems.
All drivers were updated, the old were deleted and the current ones were installed again, but the problem is not solved. When I try to play the sound, I only hear the default system squeak (beep). Checking the diagnostics via BIOS also does not produce any sound.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to solve it? Thank you
