Omen Audio Control Reinstall

HI... i was having an issue with omen audio control (couldn't change the equalizer settings) so i uninstalled the omen audio control by mistake.... is there a way to install it again? i have tried various methods but with no success.. Can someone please help me? i am using windows 11 2h22 version

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

@Ub6424 it has installed B&O Audio Control on my laptop...interface is same as omen audio control so it's fine but now i am having the same issue (due to which i had uninstalled omen audio control) 

i am posting a screenshot below please have a look 

it says this feature isn't available when using this headphone / external device (i have tried using earphone v-moda zn & headphone sennheiser hd 598 , etc)

can you please help me with this? i appreciate your help 🙂
