Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Today my Hp Victus 16-e0038na laptop's internal audio is not working correctly - the left speaker is now much quieter than the right. I checked the sound settings and they are at the same level. I have tried these suggested solutions:
- Performed a hard reset on latop - made no difference.
- Uninstalled Realtek audio drivers in Device Manager - made no difference.
- Used HP Support Assistant to run Audio Diagnostics check - it said 'No Issues Found'.
- Ran the Hardware Diagnostics audio component test - it said it 'passed'.
How can I fix this problem?

Also:
- Tried restarting Windows Audio Service - no difference.
- Downloaded audio driver from HP website and installed manually - no difference.
- Changed driver to generic Windows audio driver - actually made things worse; no sound at all from left speaker.
- Used System Restore to return settings to before the problem occurred - did not solve the issue.
Is there any solution to this problem?
