I installed the latest audio driver from hp and in enhancement tab in microphone properties, only option is, "disable all enhancements", so there are no options like noise suppression or acoustic echo cancellation. Also both internal and external microphone sound quality very poor and inconsistent, changes in different recordings. Sound is very cracky and almost unintelligible. It is set to 16 bit and 48000hz, so issue is not about this setting. I have no issues with speker sound particularly, so music/video audio from high quality sources is fine. Can you help me resolve this issue please?

Thanks for your help! It turned out audio driver from hp site wasn't solution for me but then i installed latest audio driver version(2.82) from realtek website and i got other options in enhancements tab back. Now output sound quality is significantly better even though that wasn't my main issue. I still have some issues with mic quality, currently main issue being volume is very low, that was a step in forward direction and I am trying to find workarounds for that too.
I hope this update in my situation helps others with similar issues.
Regards.
