My HP 2000 laptop microphone is not working
I have tried following
1.Upgrade Windows 10
2.Several times check voice recorder and config in sound
3.Get help from Microsoft support team
So after all feel that hardware of microphone may not working .
Can anybody here to help me to resolve this issue of microphone hardware?
Can I repair it myself or need to go to HP service center
Thanks in Advance

Hi @Sunil6desai
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
From what I've understood you are facing microphone related issues on your system.
- May I know from when are you facing this issue?
- Did you make any hardware or software changes to your system?
- Have you tried connecting an external microphone device to your system?
- May I know if it happens only on the Skype application?
Since you have updated the windows on your system already let's try updating the drivers on your system and cheque if that makes any difference: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2857204-2362249-16
Along with that please follow the steps shared in the link below and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1659562-1439556-16
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
