Our HP ZFly14G11 laptops are having sound malfunctions when disconnecting from docking stations

No sound from onboard speakers. The onboard microphone does not work when this happens.

We have tried to uninstall/install and roll back the realtek drivers. this only works until we connect/disconnect any docking station.
