Product: HP ENVY Notebook 15-as050na (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

PC won't play audio. Have done endless audio tests, updated drivers, etc, etc. At one point, the message was "audio services not responding". I ran PC Hardware Diagnostics but it would not run audio playback tests - it said the tests were "cancelled" . What do I do now if the diagnostics won't even work?
