spectre x360 convertible

saludo, hace poco mas de 9 meses adquirí un hp spectre x360 convertible. hasta ahora a estado trabajando bien pero de la nada encepe a escuchar un sonido muy agudo inicialmente pensé que era el ventilador  destape la maquina para hacer una limpieza y me encontré con que el ruido venia de uno de los parlantes y cuando lo toque estaba muy caliente. he optado por desconectarlo. probé con unos audífonos y si se escucha ambos lados por lo que estoy casi seguro en un 99% que el parlante esta malogrado ya que un lado se escucha bien y el otro como refiero no se escucha. ahora  al ser la laptop  reciente  no hay a la venta este modelo de parlante. 

no se si alguien halla tenido este problema. 

 pues tengo una dv2 que hasta ahora la uso y suena muy bien y esta laptop no llega al año y ya empieza a fallar

agrade seria si alguien tubo un problema similar y como lo resolvió
