Part # Laptop Speaker

Hi

I purchased a "Certified" refurbished HP laptop. However, there were crackling sounds due to a defective speaker(s)... yes I did all the various troubleshooting including reinstalling of software .. and the sound sounds fine when using other speakers... therefore it's not the motherboard (thankfully)  

I tried to look in HP parts for the speakers but was unable to find them

Chapter 3, page 14 of the service manual has the speakers part number:

HP ENVY - 17t-bw000 CTO - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support

Speakers (include left and right speakers, cables, and four rubber isolators)   HP part # L20705-001

HP does not sell the speakers you need, so you will have to search by the HP part number and find them elsewhere.

They do have some for sale on eBay, such as these listings, but since you are not located in the United States, I don't know what your options would be.

I'm sorry

It seems the HP website included a different model HP (my previous HP laptop).. 

The current laptop that I need the part for  is model 17t-cr000... because it's refurbished it seems when I try to search for the manual or parts I get 

"We're sorry
We can't seem to find the page you were looking for.
