I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
Update Audio Driver:
- Right-click Start > Device Manager > Sound > Right-click audio device > Update driver.
Reinstall Audio Driver:
- Right-click audio device in Device Manager > Uninstall device > Restart PC.
Run Audio Troubleshooter:
- Right-click speaker icon > Troubleshoot sound problems > Follow prompts.
Restart Audio Services:
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, hit Enter > Right-click Windows Audio > Restart.
Restore to a Previous Point:
- Search Create a restore point > Click System Restore > Next.
- Choose a restore point before the BIOS flash > Next > Finish.
Update BIOS:
- Check this guide: Updating the BIOS
- Follow the instructions to install and update BIOS.
