I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:

Update Audio Driver:

  • Right-click Start > Device Manager > Sound > Right-click audio device > Update driver.

Reinstall Audio Driver:

  • Right-click audio device in Device Manager > Uninstall device > Restart PC.

Run Audio Troubleshooter:

  • Right-click speaker icon > Troubleshoot sound problems > Follow prompts.

Restart Audio Services:

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, hit Enter > Right-click Windows Audio > Restart.

Restore to a Previous Point:

  • Search Create a restore point > Click System Restore > Next.
  • Choose a restore point before the BIOS flash > Next > Finish.

Update BIOS:

  • Check this guide: Updating the BIOS
  • Follow the instructions to install and update BIOS.
