My HP Laptop HP 350 G1 volume is low even when the volume scale is at 100.

Hello, Please check and let us know if the volume is low during offline or online mode only. If volume doesn't work during offline mode then you may try uninstall the audio drivers from device manager and then go on to HP.COM and download and install the drivers specific  to your notebook model. Thanks.

I have a HP 350 G1 running W10 and the same thing happened to me.

 

Installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, resolved the problem for me.

After I installed the driver, for some reason it set the headphones as the default, so if that also happens to you, go to the Windows control panel>Hardware and Sound>sound>manage audio devices, and set the PC speakers as the default.

 

After that, the audio volume should be back to normal.
