Since you told me the MD software was another Burning software, I deleted it and then deleting the DVD/CD driver for the umpeenth time & guess what? The burner burned & I am listening to the copy I made on my Bose system. I atribute my success to you telling me the about the MD program which when I investigated was made to only work with windows XP.
