Hi @Siddhu488

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for explaining the situation clearly—it’s absolutely possible to restore Alexa functionality, but we’ll need to confirm a few details to guide you accurately.

Let’s isolate the issue together:

Laptop model – Could you confirm the exact HP model name (e.g., HP Pavilion x360 14-dwxxxx)?

Previous OS version – What version of Windows was running before the OS reinstall (e.g., Windows 10 Home, Windows 11 Pro)?

Current OS version – What version is installed now after the reinstall?

Alexa visibility – Was Alexa preinstalled and visible as a standalone app or integrated into the taskbar/start menu?

Microphone and speaker status – Are your laptop’s microphone and speakers working normally with other apps?

HP App status – Have you reinstalled the HP App or any HP support utilities after the OS change?

Once I have these details, I’ll guide you through a clean reinstallation path to bring Alexa back. Let’s get your voice assistant up and running again.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
