My Envy x360 laptop will not connect to my bluetooth SoundBuds Slim earbuds. It finds my earbuds but after clicking on them, it says, "connecting," and then after awhile, it says, "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again." I have tried uninstalling the bluetooth drivers and restarting the computer. I have tried the "sfc/scannow" command and then restarting. I have checked for updates (they're up to date).
The earbuds work fine with my HP desktop, my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone, my old LG G7 Thinq phone, and my daughter's iPhone 11.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Go to "Bluetooth and other devices"
- Click on the "+" next to "Add Bluetooth or other device"
- Click on "Bluetooth". Now, open your Galaxy Buds case (this will turn on the pairing mode).
- Your buds should now be discoverable and ready to pair.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
