Hi,

I just bought a HP Victus 16-e0170nf laptop.

The microphone does not work.

I have authorized the microphone for all apps, no problem mentionned on the driver in Hardware manager, but the microphone is still not working.

The laptop has been delivered with Windows 11.

What can be the problem?

Can somebody help me please?
