I was installing the drivers for my laptop and I have had several problems installing the audio drivers.
My laptop did not detect the drivers for the audio, only the NVIDIA driver that does not serve me; I put it with a yellow icon and when I went inside I would say that it could not be installed and code 28.
I have been installing several intel programs that installs the drivers for you and trying to search for the drivers online and I cannot find it or they do not solve anything. I don't know if you could send me a link or how to fix this error.
The hardware id that comes in the device manager where the error comes from is this:
INTELAUDIO \ FUNC_01 & VEN_10EC & DEV_0245
INTELAUDIO \ FUNC_01 & VEN_10EC & DEV_0245 & SUBSYS_103C8C3F

You are trying to install W10 on a notebook that is not supported by HP for W10.
The notebook is only supported for W11.
The easiest way to solve the problem would be to install W11 and use the drivers from your notebook's support page.

Try the drivers from the HP driver page, the Microsoft Update Catalog offers the same version, but only the basic driver without extensions and Intel stuff.
