Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q878AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My PC needs servicing because it is having audio issues. Even at the highest volume, its almost inaudible. I suspect there an ant nest inside it, so I want to request a servicing and audio hardware repair from hp. but I can't seem to get in touch with them. Can anyone suggest me how to get their attention towards the issue?
