HP Pavilion - 15-cw1068wm

I have updated driver through RealTek for speakers and microphone.  I have ran the troubleshoot options so many times.

I am so frustrated that I am unable to use my internal speakers and microphone.  I can hear the sound when I start up the computer so I know the speakers could work!  Nothing that is written is helping except to buy external speakers and microphone which is NOT what I PAID UP for.

My laptop is still under warranty.  How do I get this fixed?

@yoopers

This is something to do with AMD drivers. Please

(a) Uninstall Audio driver

(b) do a cleanup using following information/fix:

              https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

              https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/amdcleanuputility.exe

(c) reboot machine

Machine will re-install Audio driver for you.

Regards.

I did all of the steps provided.  It still starts out ok and then fades out.
