I have an elitebook HP laptop with B&O sound. When I connect my wireless earphones via Bluetooth, the audio during video or audio calls (on Skype or MS Teams) starts cracking after approximately 10 minutes. Occasionally, this sound disappears momentarily during the conversation but never fully. This happens consistently, in every call, after about 10 minutes.

Using wired earphones seems to work better, or perhaps I haven’t noticed the issue as much with them. However, I find wired earphones too inconvenient and would prefer to use my wireless ones. I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and, if so, how to solve it.
