When I connect my truly wireless bluetooth earphones with my laptop and use any application/software where microphone and speaker both are involved example- google meet, zoom etc. the volume is stuck at maximum and earphones make distorted sound. This problem does not occur while playing music of any other media. This problem is only with wireless earphones, wired earphones are working fine.

Hi. Does your wireless earphones have their own volume control? That might be a rudimentary question, but with wired and wireless headphones, both, I've had instances where I've had to reach a balance between the internal computer volume and the headphone/earphone volume.
The laptop, itself, might default to max volume, where you can control the volume with your earphones.
Otherwise, trying right clicking the volume icon on the task bar, and with your wireless earphones on your ears, you'll find Sound Settings, perhaps a Volume Mixer, and a means to troubleshoot sound issues.
Please let me know if you're seeing any of that and/or if you have volume on your earphones.
