Description of problems (yes PLURAL)
1. Bluetooth not working. In fact the Bluetooth icon doesn't even show up. 3 support calls complete. Drivers installed. The last one also had some kind BIOS upgrade done. Bluetooth works temporarily and it failed to show up AGAIN, today
2. Microphone does not pick up instrument sound. My son (I bought this laptop for him, BTW) has online music lessons and plays a percussion instrument. The microphone picks up his voice, but not the instrument sound. I was told not to use the Jabra speakerphone that he had earlier, so I purchased a USB speaker (which I was told would work), and I have the same problem - it DOES NOT WORK.
Besides the 6-8 hours spent with live customer support, I have wasted about 1/2 my day today (12/25) with supposed assistance over Twitter, asking me to uninstall drivers, install BIOS updates and NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING worked.
