Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)

I cannot install OMEN Audio Control through Microsoft Store as it keeps saying there's a problem with the code "0x803FB005", I tried many usual methods like reinstalling the driver, checking windows update, restarting the device or clearing MS's cache but nothing happened. Below is the screenshot.

Is the problem come from my own device or from MS? Is there any way to solve?
