Probook 470 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Audio stopped working after a wakeup/resume from hibernation on my Probook 470 G5 .  It  need a reboot to get the audio back.  Any solution possible ?

Please do a clean install Audio softeware/driver, this should help.


(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer (New driver dated: Feb 12, 2019):


      https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95015.exe


(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
