Product: Pavilion dv6 - 7136nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since updating to Win10 the only way I can really hear the audio from my laptop is via headset.  Noticed Beats Audio is no longer installed.  Is it possible to download the software so I can hear sounds clearly without headphones? I have downloaded the current Audio drivers but even with sound at 100% I can barely hear it from the speakers.

Hi:

 

Snice your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if this W10 IDT with Beats audio driver from a newer model notebook also works on yours.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.
