Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Realtek audio driver on Windows 10 and 11 is causing buzzing on the HP Envy x360 15m ee0023dx device. The drivers bring sound distortion to the device.

Rolling back to the Microsoft sound drivers (The High-Definition Sound Device) stops the distortion, but the sound is very low and affects the speakers' overall sound input.

The Bang & Olufsen sound control app also stops working, and one gets the message Cannot Connect to RPC services.

KINDLY HELP.
