1. Open Device Manager
2. In the sound, video, and game controllers section, click the Realtek driver, then right click and select properties. After that, click Roll Back Driver

If it still doesn't work, still in Device Manager, select the System devices section, look for Intel Smart Sound Technology (SST) Audio Controller, click it, then right click and select Update Driver. In the next window, select Browse my computer for drivers, then click Let me pick from a list of available drivers for my computer, then select High Definition Audio Controller, click the next button.
