Has experience no sound and random feedback from speaker?

I have disabled and updated speaker and re-enabled.

 

Still no sound and random feedback occurs.

(1) Disable automatic driver downloads !

Go Control Panel > System and Security > System > Click Advanced system settings from the left pane.
- Select the Hardware tab.
- Press the Device Installation Settings button.
- Choose No, and then press the Save Changes button.

(2) Uninstall your audio driver that is not working
Go to Device Manager box, right-click the audio driver and choose Uninstall and confirm.

 

(3) Do Not Reboot Windows !

Now Install audio driver

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

6.0.1.7478 Rev.B195.5 MBApr 8, 2015Download

 

(4) Now Reboot Windows

 

(5) Test again ...

Thank you, did not work. Speaker may just need to be replaced along with the fan. Computer is 7 years old
