Hello, I have a 2 year old Spectre x360.
A few months ago after one of the Windows 10 update, i start getting a crackling/popping sound (and a very fast black flickering on the screen when that issue arise), specially after streaming a video like on youtube, or trying to do a video call with any system like hangouts, meet, zoom, etc.
.
The issue is really annoying and make the laptop almost unusable.
I tried updatding bios and drivers but the issue is still here. I also tried the hard reset keepeing the power button pressed several seconds.
When doing the UEFI checks i got to different failure messages that i'm suppose to give to support but i don't find a place to do it. Any support guy can help here? The Failure IDs are

Thanks in advance

Failure ID 1 - qcvx1k-8l8a6a-mfpurf-c0c603 is related to Battery.
Failure ID 2 - qcvx1k-8p6a6a-mfpurf-21fr03 is related to Audio Channel Failure( Includes Audio Board, Audio Card, Audio Jack, Earphone, Headset, Microphone, Receiver, Speakers)
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
