Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W10 audio driver from your notebook's support page.

 

Driver - HP 340 G7 Notebook PC | HP® Customer Support

 

If you installed W11, try the W11 Audio driver from the HP 250 G8., since HP does not have any W11 drivers on your notebook's support page.
