This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to enable the aero feature on your computer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Follow these steps to enable the aero feature.

Choose Start > Control Panel > Personalization.

Select any of the themes in the Aero Themes category or in the My Themes category, if you saved a personalized Aero theme.

 

Let me know if that helps.
