I seem to have accidentally deleted by Bang & Olufsen software. I used to have this black B&O icon on my laptop but it is now missing. If I am not mistaken, its to fine tune the B&O Speakers.

Please help as the HP Virtual Assistant is only trying to help me get sound from the speakers. I want quality sound for music.

How do I reinstall it?

What is your machine ? Please look under HP Audio Switch, Windows may bury it under HP Audio switch app:

Banhien,

You are my idol! Thanks for the help. You are right its buried under the HP Audio Switch. So what I did was :

1. Click on the magnifying glass and searched for Recovery Manager

2. Clicked in Reinstall Drivers and or applications
3. Reinstalled HP Audio Switch (HAS)

4. After completed installation, I opened the HAS and click on Audio Control

5. The black B&O setting came up.

Now the speakers sounds right. Thanks !!!
