Spectre x360 model# 1wu66av
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone have a solution for my Spectre x360 model# 1wu66av audio always cutting out?

Its is an HP 13t-ae000 CTO model.  Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

 

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
          https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp103501-104000/sp103860.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Hi. Did NOT work. Thanks for your input, but this didn't work at all. I followed your instructions exactly, twice. Ugh! No online gaming, no YouTube, this is bad.
