Last week, I had a weird error stating that i was holding down the ctrl key even though i wasn't. i also mentioned that this brand new laptop was having a buzzing sound near to power key. an HP rep remoted in on my computer and said everything is fine and only updated RealTek driver. Today was I was updating something for Windows 11 that was available. i went to restart my laptop as instructed, and i got an error that stated that realtek admin audio process class was preventing restart. SO, i hit cancel, and my computer restarted anyway. All of these little issues are starting to worry me as i spent so much money and desperately need this laptop for exams at school. What could be the problem with this realtek admin audio process class preventing restart?
