Hello, after a lot of messing about finally managed to download windows 11 and installed again then did software which seemed ok at first but it has come back again with delay shutting down and the realtek issue. any ideas what the fix might be? I also have an identical laptop which also had driver issues from the start but they were completely different to this one. I can't remember having problems like this with previous models including a hp 250 g2 which is still working fine although over eight years old now. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Steve
