Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP Spectre 360 laptop and ever since upgrading to Windows 11 (years ago) the Realtek audio drivers get corrupted when I go to Youtube. It also happens when I try to use Zoom so I assume that it's any audio use that causes the proble.
I've called HP about it before and spent ages on the phone but there doesn't appear to be a solution. I just noticed that others have had this issue but I can't see what they were told to fix the problem.
My only solution is to use Device Manager to remove/uninstall the audio drivers, shut down the computer and then start it up again. This way the audio drivers are installed again. Not a very suitable solution
