Have an audio problem with Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Version 6.0.9414.1, Volume keeps on 100%, i can't actually rollback because my device don't have older version, but i read some threads that have same issue with me that can replace it with realtek 6.0.9381.1 from pavillion driver but it doesn't work either. i tried uninstalling and replacing it this and that multiple times restart and still doesn't work, when they're gonna update this realtek issue, i know it's not just me that have this issue on their laptop. so frustrating because if i'm not using this realtek driver my bang & olufsen feature won't work either.

Hi @Hudahfdh ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're facing an issue with the Realtek audio driver on your HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-Ay1006ca laptop running Windows 11. Here are steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Check Windows Update: Make sure that your operating system is up to date. Windows updates often include driver updates. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for any available updates.
Update Realtek Driver: Visit the official HP support website for your laptop model and check if there is a newer Realtek audio driver available. Download and install the latest driver from the official source.
Roll Back Driver: If the latest version is causing issues, you may try rolling back to a previous version. Right-click on the Realtek audio driver in Device Manager, choose "Properties," go to the "Driver" tab, and click on "Roll Back Driver" if the option is available.
Uninstall and Reinstall Realtek Driver: Completely uninstall the current Realtek driver from the Device Manager, restart your laptop, and then reinstall the driver. Make sure to download the driver from HP's official website.
Use System Restore: If the issue started recently, you can use System Restore to revert your system to a point where the audio was working fine. Search for "Create a restore point" in the Start menu, go to the "System Restore" button, and follow the prompts.
Check for Third-Party Audio Software: Some third-party audio enhancement software or antivirus programs might interfere with the proper functioning of the Realtek driver. Temporarily disable or uninstall such software to check if it resolves the issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-

Thank you, but none of these step is working, i did rollback and reinstalling the driver but it just not working, i'm running my laptop with windows 11 23h2, and somehow when i'm using headphone my volume slider is working fine, i can rollback actually but into the microsoft driver and not the realtek one but i couldn't access bang&olufsen without the realtek one. i'm just hoping that hp will push an update into this realtek driver for my devices, cause this realtek 6.0.9414.1 not working properly on my volume slider, and is not just only me that has the same issue reffering to the other post about this realtek 6.0.9414.1 issue.
