HP Recommended

I've got a ProBook 450 G4. Through a Windows update, I've now got some HP Audio Controls on my computer, and I can't find a way to remove or disable them.

Thus far, I've checked in the old appwiz, in the metro apps list, startup apps, etc. to try and nail down where this application can be manipulated. It seems its coupled with the Conexant driver, because when I uninstall the audio drivers in device manager, the application disappears. I'm curious if anyone else has successfully found and removed this, without affecting the underlying drivers. If you think any extras like build info for Windows might be of use I can grab that as well. Thanks in advance for any guidance.
