Hello, I just got a replacement Omen 15 from HP yesterday because the first one had trackpad issues and unfortunately (sigh), this one also seems to be having issues. The speakers of this one seem distorted. The right hand side speaker distorts upto the point that I hear the distortion and it's extremely annoying. Please help me. My work was stopped for quite a while because I didn't have a laptop and I don't want that to happen again because I have to send this one back again and get a new piece. PLEASE, for god's sake, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. I've tried the windows troubleshooting and installed the latest drivers from HP's website but no luck. Could you help me please?
Edit: Nevermind guys, it is a hardware issue.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Do you have HP support assistant installed on your computer? If yes, then run the audio diagnostics from the HP support assistant and it will automatically find and fix the audio issue.
If you do not have HP support assistant installed, then uninstall the audio driver from the device manager and then download and install the driver from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105001-105500/sp105441.exe
Here is how it is done.
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
